Delete Your Care Squad Account

Care Connect, LLC operates the following Care Squad mobile applications:

  • Care Squad – For Families
  • Care Squad – For Companions

This page explains how to request account deletion and what happens to your information after a deletion request is submitted.

How to Delete Your Account

  • Option 1 — In the App

    Open the Care Squad app, navigate to Settings, select Delete Account, and follow the on-screen instructions.

  • Option 2 — By Email

    If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, send an email to wecare@caresquadhomecare.com with the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address or phone number associated with your account
  • Which Care Squad app you use

What We Delete

When your account is deleted, we remove personal information associated with your account, including:

  • Profile information
  • Contact details
  • App data linked to your account

What We May Retain

Certain limited information may be retained when required for:

  • Security purposes
  • Fraud prevention
  • Legal and regulatory compliance
  • Dispute resolution

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. If you change your mind, you may contact us during this period to cancel a pending deletion request.
